Math Helps & Resources

Math Instruction & Online Videos
Dear Learning Coaches and 6th-, 7th-, and 8th-grade Students,

We want to announce some math help options we now have available. There is a two-step process to help you get the support needed. It is available for coaches and students.

We have a website full of math videos to help with your specific math units. It's located HERE. Bookmark and use this often!

If you are needing help in math, here is our suggested Two-Step Process:
  • Step One: Watch the math videos on the help website about the concepts taught in the lessons. The concepts are organized by the units in the two main curriculum platforms: K12.com and Calvert. (More videos will continue to be added.)
  • Step Two: If you've watched the help video(s) on a particular concept and you still need help understanding a concept or problem, you can request a help video on the specific lesson/problem. One of our math coaches Shaun McNeil, Tess McCleskey, or Kathryn Persch will make and send you a help video within 24-48 hours.
    • Help Video Request Form
We're here to help you succeed! We hope these new options will be helpful.

Thanks,
The Alpine Online Team
